Drawing on their own experiences as children and now as parents, the artist duo Yaniya Mikhalina & Joen Vedel engage with childhood as a distinct political condition rather than merely a developmental stage. Conceived as a total installation in the form of a labyrinth, the exhibition unfolds as an intimate constellation of works and structures encompassing sculpture, photography, scribbles, sound and video, alongside objects borrowed from various Norwegian archives.
