A journey into deep time with Europe’s leading synth innovator. From her base in Milan, Italy, electronic music composer Caterina Barbieri has created music that travels beyond specific time and place.

Barbieri’s minimalist, uncluttered music is made with a modular synth setup that she refers to as a mechanical fortune teller or time machine. Her electronic sounds have previously appeared on the labels Editions Mego and Important Records.
