April 4th at Tenthaus marks the launch of the book trilogy by Stan D’Haene & Kier Cooke Sandvik. ‘Chapter One: Twisted Trophy’ will be presented at the gallery alongside an installation by Stan D’Haene featuring a cake by Javon Bennett. This øy will eventually take me by Stan D’Haene and Kier Cooke Sandvik is a self-published artist book published in three chapters (‘øy’ is Norwegian for island). The book explores themes such as animism, animatronics, natureculture, locality, and fetishisation.
