In 2026, Tegnerforbundet celebrates its 110th anniversary. As part of the celebration, Tegnerforbundet presents a major anniversary exhibition where the breadth of today's drawing art is central. The exhibition highlights the entire spectrum of expressions, methods and perspectives that characterize our members' practices. The members of the Norwegian Drawing Center constitute a unique and diverse circle, from newspaper cartoonists and illustrators to visual artists who work experimentally and conceptually. This variation forms a rich and vivid picture of what drawing is - and what drawing can become.
