  • 18:00
    19:00

During OAW:
*Artist talk between the artists behind Between One and the Next, Magdalena Kotkowska, Jara Marken and Kristen Keegan, and visual artist, writer and curator Line Halvorsen.
Followed by a Sound Bath with Tessa Martin in the gallery.
The artists behind Between One and the Next process and explore connections between color, repetition, the senses and memory, using textiles as their starting point. They investigate tactile qualities and sensorial experiences by manipulating, creating and re/deconstructing textiles. Each of them works with methods they cannot fully control — where the path toward an unknown result is the motivation and driving force behind the work.
19:00: Sound Bath by Tessa Martin, 45 min
Tessa Martin explores sound and frequencies using crystal singing bowls combined with voice. Lie down on your mat and receive with an open mind, and feel how the sound and vibrations offer deep rest.
Bring something to lie on (yoga mat/blanket) and an eye pillow.
