The second session of the e for emergence reading group focuses on 'Carbon majors and the scientific case for climate liability' (2025) by Callahan and Mankin, recently published in renowned scientific journal Nature. The paper traces a path from climate science to courtroom justice, presenting the concept of end-to-end attribution to link fossil fuel producers with specific climate-related damages.
