Slow is a Verb — The Young Curators’ Reading Room invites audiences into a space that opens up for various reflections on interpersonal relationships. The reading room is a space to relax and spend time whether alone or in company.

The exhibition is curated by Young Curators, a group of nine young people between the ages of 16-22, and developed as part Young Curators Mentorship, a collaboration between Nitja and PRAKSIS.

The exhibition also includes the publication Reaching Out: a Book about Agency, Care, Identity, and … – a collaborative project by young people between the ages of 16-22 from the groups PRAKSIS Teen Advisory Board in Oslo, Index Teen Advisory Board in Stockholm, and PUBLICS Youth in Helsinki.

The Young Curators 2025-2026 are: Anahita Mollazehi, Assol Sokolova, Auguste Karsokaite, Bror Høgåsen-Hallesby, Helen Ibrahimian, Hibo Nora Abbi, Ingrid Bjermeland Hesledalen, Noah Visted, Sofia Orellana Gamboa.
