Art as Punishment - Agder Art Academy

Agder Art Academy is an art school in Agder prison that is based on experimentation and free thinking. The graduation exhibition at Kunstnernes Hus presents works by students, as well as works of art that have arisen in the meetings between the students and invited guest teachers.

Agder Art Academy is a collaboration between KORO and the Norwegian Correctional Service.

All common areas on the first floor and in the skylight halls are accessible via stairs at the front and an elevator at the back of the building. Elevator footprint: 240 x 88 cm. Kunstnernes Hus Kino is wheelchair accessible in front of the amphitheater, approximately 4 meters from the screen. At the reception on the first floor you will find an accessible toilet.
