The exhibition shows Hanevold's exploration of nature's world of intricate forms, constructions and various symbolic meanings. But after the jewelry has left the workshop, it acquires a practical, emotional and social significance. Her starting point is that jewelry belongs to our wordless language; the visual expression, as an extension of emotions and gestures. Jewelry reflects nature within us and around us. They become a part of the story of who we are.
