  • 12:00
    17:00

On Sunday 20 September, artist Ghazaal Nasiri invites children and families to an embroidery workshop at Bærum Kunsthall.

Participants will explore embroidery and experiment with translating drawings, sketches and simple shapes into fabric using needle and thread. The workshop connects to Gelawesh Waledkhani’s exhibition and to Nasiri’s own artistic practice.

Ghazaal Nasiri (b. 1999, Iran) works with drawing, embroidery, ceramics and traditional craft techniques, often combining personal histories with mythical storytelling.

The workshop is free and drop-in from 12–5 pm. No previous experience is required. Younger children participate together with an adult.
