Karen BaradKaren Barad is Distinguished Professor of Feminist Studies, Philosophy, and History of Consciousness at University of California at Santa Cruz. Barad was one of the co-originators of the Science & Justice Graduate Training Program and served as its Director. Their book 'Meeting the Universe Halfway: Quantum Physics and the Entanglement of Matter and Meaning' and the theory of agential realism has had lasting impact on the sciences, feminist and queer theory, and the field of the visual arts.
