A talk about how 'Queering' liberated his architectural practice and forged new ways of thinking and doing. Kyriakou will be reflecting on the above from four different standpoints: Practice, Research, Academia and Teaching, through presenting the exhibition he designed and curated about London's lost LGBTQ+ spaces. (including the various artworks produced); Wet-Hard Agency at the Venice Biennale; the course he ran at Central Saint Martins last fall titled: 'Queering the Classroom'.
