Group crit is a fundamental part of art education, where artists engage in open discussions about progression and practice. It is a useful exercise where you gain feedback on your ongoing work.

When art school is over, you are left to yourself in a very expensive studio somewhere, often without feedback. To bridge this gap, 69 are introducing group crit in a public format - to encourage a community of artistic development outside the academy. It’s an opportunity for the public to engage with artists and view their works in-the-making. Together we examine the creative, fun and frustrating process through critical thinking and conversation.

Group crit sessions will take place on the following dates:
15/11 - 14:00-18:00
16/11 - 14:00-18:00
20/11 - 14:00-18:00
