From 2016 until the demolition started, Katja Høst has photographed the Y-block and the government quarter. She will talk about this work. Ole Giskemo Slyngstadli (osloBIENNALEN) will talk about integrated art in public spaces in Oslo, and institutionalization. Svein Bjørkås (KORO) will talk about how art in public buildings is managed, and what heritage protection policy challenges may arise.
