Double lecture with Nilu Kamaluddin and Deise Nunes on Thursday 9 December. They'll approach the theme "Decolonize theater history!" in their own way.

Nilu will talk about the urban contemporary theater in India, and how it can be understood both as a consequence of and a continuation of the colonial era. Deise will talk about Brazilian black theater and the dystopian performance Black Skin, White Masks from 2019. Both lectures are in English.
